Who we are

We are an administrative services provider. Our work sits behind the scenes of meetings, conferences and professional gatherings: completing and checking registration paperwork, corresponding with delegates and organisers, keeping participant records accurate, and carrying the day-to-day operational load that would otherwise fall on a client’s own team.

We are not an event organiser, a ticket seller, a travel provider or an agent for any venue or conference host. We are engaged by our customers, we act on their instructions within an agreed written scope, and we are paid by them for our own professional work.

Our business model, stated plainly

• We sell our own labour. Customers pay us a professional service fee for administrative work we carry out ourselves.
• Consultation comes first. Every engagement starts with an enquiry by email or a telephone discussion. Nothing is chargeable at that stage.
• Scope and fee are agreed in writing. Before work begins we confirm what we will do, the period covered, and the fee for that work.
• Invoicing follows agreement. After you accept the scope and fee, we may issue a Stripe invoice for our own service fee. There is no checkout, cart or card form on this website, and no amount becomes payable simply by visiting it.
• We never handle third-party money. We do not sell, resell, collect, hold, pool or remit funds on behalf of organisers, venues, hosts or any other organisation. Any amount owed to a third party is always paid by our customer directly to that third party.

How we handle information

Registration work involves personal data about named individuals. We treat that data as a controlled asset: we collect only what the agreed scope requires, keep it in access- controlled systems, use it solely to deliver the instructed work, and retain it no longer than we need. Our Privacy Policy sets out data subject rights and how to exercise them.

How we speak about what we do

We describe our services in the same terms on every page of this website, in enquiry correspondence and on every invoice: registration administration, attendee communications, records and data handling, and operational support. We do not make legal, regulatory or outcome guarantees that we cannot evidence, and we do not accept instructions that would require us to misdescribe the nature of our services.
