Meetings Registration Solutions Ltd provides professional back-office support for meetings and conferences: registration administration, attendee communications, records and data handling, and everyday operational assistance. We charge only our own disclosed service fee, agreed with you before any work begins.
No payments are taken on this website. We agree scope and fees with you first by email or telephone, and only then may issue a Stripe invoice for our own professional service fee.

We agree scope and fee
We discuss the work by email or telephone and confirm in writing exactly what we will do, over what period, and what our professional service fee will be.
Work begins
Once you have accepted the written scope and fee, our team starts work and keeps you updated at agreed checkpoints.
We invoice our own fee
After agreement we may issue a Stripe invoice for our own service fee only. Nothing is payable through this website, and we never collect funds for any other organisation.
Transparent by design
